Shipping & Returns Policy

At Alli Made, each piece is carefully crafted to order. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please review our shipping and returns policy below. Should you have any additional questions, please contact us at info@allimade.com.


Production & Processing Time

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via the method outlined below.


Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. If you are located outside this area and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at info@allimade.com to discuss options.

  • Small Items: Ship free via UPS Ground or USPS Ground. Customers will receive an email from the carrier with tracking information once the item ships.
  • Large Items: Ship via freight carriers. Freight costs are calculated after your order is placed; we will contact you with a quote, and freight charges must be paid in full prior to shipping. Orders will not be released until freight payment is received. 
    • Freight shipments are curbside delivery only. Customers are responsible for moving items beyond the curb.
    • White-glove / inside delivery may be available in select areas. Please contact us to discuss options and pricing.
    • Customers are responsible for inspecting all freight deliveries upon arrival. Any damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
    • Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to missed or rescheduled freight deliveries.
  • Shipping Times: UPS/USPS shipments generally take 2–7 business days. Freight transit times vary depending on distance and carrier, and an estimated transit time will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Order Tracking

For UPS and USPS shipments, tracking numbers are sent directly by the carrier via email. For freight shipments, our team will provide details about delivery scheduling once your order is ready to ship.


Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.


Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order just for you, we aren’t able to accept returns. However, if there’s ever a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.

  • Exchanges are available only in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
  • If you notice an issue, please notify us at info@allimade.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Small items: We’ll cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
  • Large items (freight shipments): Customers are responsible for the return freight cost, but we’ll cover shipping on the replacement item.
  • Please note, we’re not able to offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect measurements.
  • Natural variations in materials (such as wood grain, metal finish, or texture) are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
