From Your Drawings to the

Finished Space.

Our team works most efficiently when we’re brought in early. The more we understand about your project, the better the metalwork performs inside it. Here’s how we work.

01   Inquiry and Estimate

Share your project scope, timeline, and any drawings you have. We review every inquiry and follow up within one business day. From there, we’ll set up a call to talk through what’s feasible, what the materials look like, and what a realistic schedule means for your project. Every estimate is built around your specific scope.

02   Design and Engineering

Once we’re aligned on scope, our engineers work directly with your team to develop fabrication drawings that meet both the structural requirements and the design intent. We build from your drawings, not our interpretation of them.

This phase is where problems get solved before they become problems. We flag issues early, propose solutions that protect the design, and stay in close contact until drawings are approved and fabrication is ready to begin.

03   Fabrication

Everything is built in our Collingdale, PA shop by our in-house fabricators. No subcontractors. No handoffs. The same people who reviewed your drawings build the piece. We combine traditional fabrication methods with precision CNC technology to hold tight tolerances on complex forms. Every weld, connection, and surface treatment is checked before anything leaves the shop.

04   Finishing

Finish quality is where custom metalwork either delivers or falls short. Our finishing team works to the specification established in the design phase, whether that’s a hand-burnished patina, a powder coat matched to an existing material palette, or a raw steel finish sealed for longevity.

05   Installation

Our installation team handles delivery and on-site installation for every project. We coordinate directly with your GC or site supervisor to fit the project timeline and stay out of the way of other trades. Because our fabricators and installers work together, field adjustments get handled with the same care as the original build.
