Bespoke Interior Metal for Architects and Residential Designers

Alli Made is a custom metalwork studio based in Collingdale, Pennsylvania. We work directly with architects and interior designers to fabricate the metal elements that define a space, from feature stairs and custom partitions to doors, hardware, and one-of-a-kind architectural details. Every piece is made in our shop by the same team that reviews your drawings, develops the details, and oversees production. The work you specify is the work we build.

Architectural Metal Fabrication

Our entire operation lives under one roof. Design review, engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation are handled by a team that knows the project inside and out. That continuity eliminates guesswork and helps protect the details that matter most.

Architectural Metal Finishes That Hold Up to Scrutiny

The finish is often the first thing people notice and the last detail they forget. Before fabrication begins, we create and approve finish samples to establish a clear benchmark for the work.

Our team specializes in hand-applied patinas and architectural finishes, including burnished brass, blackened steel, bronze, and stabilized living finishes. Each surface is chemically treated and worked by hand until it achieves the depth, character, and consistency the project demands.

The details matter. We build every finish knowing it will be seen up close.

Traditional Craft, Modern Engineering

Our process combines traditional metalworking with advanced fabrication technology and 3D design-assist modeling.

Digital modeling allows us to identify structural, alignment, and coordination challenges before production begins. Handcraftsmanship ensures the finished piece carries the character, proportion, and presence intended in the original design. We focus on the invisible details (hinge placements, flush connections, structural support layouts) ensuring form translates into flawless function.
